Trauma & EMDR

EMDR, short for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is an eight phase treatment that can help you heal from the symptoms and emotional distress brought on by disturbing life experiences. In EMDR therapy, you will focus on the past, present and future. EMDR is an eight phase therapeutic process which your clinician will guide you through.

  • You are experiencing chronic anxiety or depression
