My Approach

You are whole and prepared for your potential.  Sometimes, you may be challenged and captured by life's suffering, which tricks you into believing you are not enough. This is an appropriate response to the obstacles set before us in a lifetime. In reminding you of your completeness, I counsel you in your journey home. 

As a feminist-informed therapist, my motivation is to observe and explore the dynamics of power in your life. It is essential to center marginalized voices in our lives, and I will witness and reflect on your integrity and strength throughout our time together.
